ONDOT — UX/UI CASE STUDY
Harnessing the power of now
Ondot offers financial institutions across the globe a white label digital card services platform. Their technology allows cardholders in-the-moment convenience in an age where every consumer wants anything and everything in an instant.

Defining the Problem
Prior to undertaking the website project, our strategy team tackled Ondot’s positioning statement to reflect its key differentiator — ”empowering issuers with the immediate ability to deliver relevant digital experiences in real time, engaging cardholders and making them more active.” Once this was set, we had the opportunity to begin the website redesign from the ground up. The new website had to speak to small financial institutions about how Ondot’s technology could impact their business and their respective customers.
Site Map & Low-Fidelity Wireframes
One of the most challenging aspects of this project was nailing down our site map. After multiple unsuccessful iterations with our client, we landed with the following, which acted as the blueprint for solving the project’s main objectives. Simplicity was the deciding force in going down this route.
We also produced low-fidelity wireframes to get an idea of how the brand and product story would be told across different pages.
Visual Design
The visual design features circular motifs throughout the illustrations and scenes, hearkening back to Ondot’s logo and also representing how Ondot’s technology can help consumers in their everyday lives. We partnered with Peter Greenwood, an illustrator based out of London, to bring the brand to life.
Brand Video
Once the website was launched, we had the opportunity to produce an animated brand video for Ondot with our friends at Rezonate in New York.
